This leading biopharmaceutical company actively seeks experienced candidates to join its team in Rensselaer, New York. This role requires the successful candidate to develop, implement and evaluate employee training programs in order to ensure GMP compliance. The Manufacturing Training Specialist will work closely with the Technical Training Department to coordinate training delivery and track results.
Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
Regeneron is also hiring a Quality Control Specialist to help support the development and manufacturing of cell culture products. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily quality control activities, including sample preparation, testing and analysis.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology or a related field, as well as at least two years of hands-on laboratory experience. Previous experience working in a GMP environment is also preferred.
Associate Biotech Production Specialist
Finally, Regeneron is also looking for an Associate Biotech Production Specialist to join their team in Renssaeler, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for various duties related to manufacturing cell culture products, including equipment set-up and maintenance, process monitoring and optimization, in-process sampling and more.

You will implement and execute medicinal chemistry strategies to deliver high-quality clinical candidates and collaborate with computational chemists and modelers on the application of Schrödinger’s platform.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Ph.D. in synthetic organic or medicinal chemistry with 12+ years of drug discovery experience in a pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology setting, extensive experience using external CROs for project execution, great leadership skills, and exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Senior Principal Scientist for Medicinal Chemistry
Schrödinger is also searching for a senior principal scientist for medicinal chemistry. The successful candidate will have over seven years of drug discovery experience in a pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology setting, strong skills in structure-based drug design, working knowledge of key medicinal chemistry concepts and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
