As a member of NovaVision's board of directors, Mr. Sasen will provide guidance on the continued development of NovaVision VRT(TM) Vision Restoration Therapy(TM)(VRT), the first FDA-cleared, non-invasive medical device to restore vision loss caused by stroke or traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Mr. Sasen is executive vice president and chief marketing officer for PSS World Medical, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida, a national distributor of medical supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals to physicians and elder care providers. He has held senior management positions within the Company since he joined in 1990. Prior to joining PSS World Medical, he was with a division of Becton Dickinson, a manufacturer of healthcare products, for over 20 years. Mr. Sasen left Becton Dickinson as vice president, sales, marketing and distribution where he directed product development and marketing efforts, technical services, product services and customer service.
