COVINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), a leading provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly, declared today a quarterly cash dividend of 2.25 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable December 12, 2006, to stockholders of record on November 28, 2006.
