NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In response to an announcement today by Mylan Laboratories that it has launched a generic competitor to Norvasc, Pfizer said it is making available its own generic amlodipine besylate product immediately through the company’s Greenstone subsidiary. Norvasc also will remain available to patients.
