LEIDEN, THE NETHERLANDS--(Marketwire - June 19, 2012) - Biotech company Pharming Group NV (“Pharming” or “the Company”) (NYSE Euronext: PHARM) today announces that its Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rienk Pijpstra has resigned from the Board of Management, and will leave the company on September 1st.
