They bring expansive strategic, operational and scientific experience to the Board.
Mr. Cornelius brings a 40-year track record of successful management in the life sciences. He is currently the Chairman of Mead-Johnson Nutrition and in addition to his role at Bristol-Myers Squibb, he previously served as the Chairman and CEO of Guidant Corp, CFO of Eli Lilly and Co and as a director at a dozen public and private companies, including The Chubb Corporation and The DIRECTV Group.
Dr. Page is a world renown expert in the pharmacology of inflammation and respiratory disease who has published more than 250 scientific articles and serves on the board of directors or scientific advisory board of eleven innovative biotechnology companies.
