Dr. McCauley brings to RaNA Therapeutics more than 16 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, most recently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Nonclinical Development at Shire Pharmaceuticals, where he led teams in the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for rare diseases.
