WHAT:
Rho, a full-service contract research organization (CRO), will highlight tips for transitioning a new product from the bench into the clinic in a new free webinar, “Bench to Clinic: Preparing for a Successful Transition.” The webinar will take place on Wednesday, January 17 from 1-2 p.m. EST.
Dana Minnick, PhD, DABT, RAC, senior research scientist, Rho, will present the webinar, which will provide an overview of the clinical, nonclinical, chemical and manufacturing controls (CMC) and regulatory activities necessary for a successful investigational new drug (IND) submission. Attendees can expect to learn more about developing the target product profile, determining the starting dose for phase 1 studies, ensuring material and placebo are available for the study, and preparing for a pre-IND meeting.
