Maitland Jr. Biotech Leadership Award recipient: Illinois Speaker of the House, Representative Michael J. Madigan. The award presentation is Wednesday, October 10, 2007, at the Sangamo Club, located at 227 E. Adams Street, Springfield from 6-9 p.m., and celebrates Speaker Madigan’s service to Illinois’ growing biotechnology industry.
