The global, unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all our families, businesses, communities, and way of life. Here is how we’re approaching the situation at SureClinical:
SureClinical maintains and exercises a business continuity plan to ensure that during a significant event, our employees remain safe, that the SureClinical platform remains fully operational for our customers and partners, and that all customer data remains protected.
Based on our plan, our Cloud architecture and round-the-globe workforce, we do not anticipate any disruption to your business. As you often tell us what you like about our CTMS, eTMF, SureESign, and Platform is that it enables you to do your work anytime, anywhere, from any device. This works for us, too. Our employees are currently working from home and are able to continue to support you.
We at SureClinical have always been a company built by and for Health Science professionals. We take pride that our software helps you, our customers, in doing the critical work of accelerating the delivery of life-saving drugs and devices to patients and will be here for you and continue to provide the highest levels of performance, availability, and security. We know that some of you are working around the clock to develop treatments and a vaccine to COVID-19. We are here to support you.
If you do have issues, please email us at support@sureclinical.com. Our normal support hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm PDT remain in effect.
If you would like more information on our business continuity plan, you can access it through the SureCompliance Portal, or contact us for more information.
Over the coming weeks, we will be in touch regularly with advice, customer examples and webinars on how you can leverage your existing investment in SureClinical as you navigate more of your work moving to remote.
We are truly facing unprecedented times that the COVID-19 virus is affecting all aspects of our lives, from being inconvenienced by quarantines, travel restrictions and school closures, to worrying about our seniors and those most at risk. Our thoughts go out especially to those that are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt best wishes for a quick and full recovery.
We are always open to your questions and feedback. If you have any questions, please contact us.
