BUSINESS WIRE-- The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated today announced the opening of its newest Cheesecake Factory restaurant at Plaza Escuela in Walnut Creek, California, in the San Francisco East Bay Area. The restaurant opened on February 19, 2009 and contains approximately 11,000 square feet and 330 seats.
