CAIRO, Nov 7 (Reuters) - Three U.S. firms bought 93 percent of Egypt’s Amoun Pharmaceuticals (AMUN.CA: Quote, Profile, Research) for 2.623 billion Egyptian pounds ($458 million) on Tuesday in one of the largest private-equity transactions ever seen in Egypt, officials said.
