PROVO, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Qualtrics, the world’s leading provider of enterprise data collection and analysis software, today announced that researchers at UCLA used Qualtrics Research Suite as the technology platform for a prominent academic study examining the effectiveness of extraverts and neurotics in the workplace. Researchers found that the status and contributions of extraverts — outgoing, enthusiastic individuals — in the workplace tend to diminish over time, while anxious, neurotic individuals surpass expectations during group tasks.
