SOMERSET, N.J., March 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ventiv Health, Inc. today announced that it is changing its corporate brand name to inVentiv Health as part of a re-branding initiative that began when Ventiv Health acquired inChord Communications in October 2005.

In addition to its name change, inVentiv will also roll out materials and direct mail pieces to clients incorporating its new logo as well as those of its three operating segments. As part of the Company's overall re-branding roll-out, it has adopted the tag line -- Accelerate Your Vision -- to better reflect its enhanced client focus. In conjunction with the name change a new website, www.inventivhealth.com, is also being unveiled today.
Ventiv Health, Inc. will commence conducting business under the inVentiv Health name immediately. The formal change of the corporate name will be effected following the annual shareholders meeting of Ventiv in June 2006, subject to receipt of stockholder approval.
The Company's ticker symbol on NASDAQ will remain VTIV.
