Warnex Medical Laboratories Recognized for Quality Laboratory Services

LAVAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 01, 2010) - Warnex Inc. (TSX: WNX) announced today that its Medical Laboratories division has met all criteria for the renewal of its Laboratory Accreditation by COLA, a U.S. healthcare accreditation organization. Accreditation is given only to laboratories that apply rigid standards of quality in day-to-day operations, demonstrate continued accuracy in the performance of proficiency testing, and pass a rigorous on-site laboratory survey. COLA standards meet or exceed requirements under CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments).

Warnex was initially accredited by COLA in 2007 for a period of two years and obtained the renewal of this accreditation in December 2009.

COLA is approved by the U.S. federal government and sponsored by the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine, and the American Osteopathic Association.
