PLANO, Texas, /PRNewswire/ -- Vivify Health, the developer of innovative virtual solutions for holistic patient care and engagement, announced today that it has partnered with Windsor Place At-Home Care, based in Coffeyville, Kansas, to deliver remote patient monitoring services to Windsor's home care patients across the state. Windsor, which has employed remote care management since 2008, switched to Vivify from a large telehealth vendor with international operations because of the superior personalization and efficiency of Vivify Health's solution.
